Having joined Royal Caribbean International (RCI) as Head of Sales, South China since 2017 with 15 years of experiences in tourism and hotel industry, Felix Gao takes charge of South China region trade channel sales of RCI South homeports and ROW sections, leading sales team to grow trade accounts base and business volume by developing sales and marketing strategies, implementing actions towards trade channel.
